charming Boutique Hotel

i received a WARM welcome from the host. both rooms had been arranged as doubles! when i asked for a twin and a double, they QUICKLY corrected this. the hotel is conveniently located near Fisherman's Bastion and Buda tower. they provided guidance on bus travel after we arrived.
the hotel page mentioned wellness and massage services. these services were not available . this discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual offerings was disappointing. i had anticipated using these facilities.

the hotel is in a walkable area, but there is also a bus stop conveniently located out front. smaller tram-like buses stop every few minutes there, very convenient for getting around. the bus system provided easy access to various parts of the city.

the staff members were all very WARM, gracious, and helpful. they gave lots of helpful information including how to use the budapestgo app, great for using public transport! the staff seemed committed to.

the hotel team greeted me so warmly. the staff was really good and very happy to help. i enjoyed the quirky decor very much. the hotel location near buda castle made it very quiet and relaxing. the team was excellent in every way.

The staff greeted me warmly. They provided useful information about using the BudapestGo app. The app was helpful for navigating public transport. Our room was spacious with good air conditioning. This was certainly welcome in the heat. The location was quiet, but close to restaurants.
